boardLink gets you actively involved in Edmonton’s arts and culture scene!

boardLink is a national program that was created by Business for the Arts in 2002.  Since its start, boardLink has connected hundreds of young professionals with volunteer opportunities in various arts and culture communities throughout Canada with boardLink Online and boardLink Live events.  You can access boardLink Online at businessforthearts.org and click on boardLink.

artsScene Edmonton will host its first boardLink Live event this September.  The event will bring opportunities for young people to be more actively involved in the leadership and development of Edmonton’s arts and culture scene.  The evening will also feature guest speakers, artsBoards 101 sessions, live music artists and more!

Participating arts organizations include The Citadel Theatre, Edmonton Opera, Art Gallery of Alberta, The Works International Visual Arts Society, and Mile Zero Dance. More organizations will be announced over the coming weeks!
