artsScene Edmonton delivers several different types of events and initiatives towards our mandate:

• Behind the Scenes – Our Behind the Scenes events give young professionals exclusive experiences with the arts before and after performances and shows.
• BoardLink Live – Fast paced matchmaking events that connect young professionals and arts boards seeking new energy and leadership for their organizations.
• TEDxEdmonton – Bringing inspiring, world-class thinking around technology, entertaining and design to the community through one of the world’s best known brands (TED).
• artsScene Parties – Mixing performance and visual arts to create a unique social atmosphere at featured venues across the city that bring together young people across industries.

In only our first year of operations, we’ve successfully organized 9 events (including 5 consecutive sold out events), sold 1,000+ tickets, partnered with 14 arts organizations, attracted 1,000+ followers on twitter (@artsSceneEdm), 1,300+ fans on Facebook (500 for artsScene, 800+ for TEDx), 1,000+ signups for our mailing list and media recognition locally, nationally and internationally for our efforts and events.
